We want you to be happy with your Stryde SA purchase. Here’s how returns and refunds work.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to Request a Return
Email strydesa.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at strydesa.store@gmail.com with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
